Your provider sets processing fees, chargeback charges and settlement terms. A rolling reserve holds back part of your receipts for a period set in your agreement. These terms are separate from your Scrile platform and integration fees.
Ask for the full fee and reserve schedule before committing to a provider.
Add crypto with Zyrox
Offer crypto payments alongside cards. Zyrox supports one-time purchases and subscriptions, with payments delivered to your own wallet. Scrile configures the connection on your Connect website.
Crypto is a separate payment method with its own checkout experience, terms and network fees.

Is Scrile an adult payment processor?
Scrile builds platform software and integrates payment gateways. Your approved provider processes transactions; your business holds the merchant relationship.
What is the difference between a gateway and a merchant account?
A gateway connects your checkout to payment services. A merchant account or provider arrangement allows your business to receive payments after approval. You need both the technical connection and provider acceptance.
Which adult payment gateways integrate with Scrile Connect?
CCBill and NETbilling integrations are available in Connect. Scrile can also configure Zyrox for crypto. Other gateways need a technical review, and availability depends on your business and provider approval.
Can an adult website offer recurring subscriptions?
Yes. Connect supports recurring billing with CCBill and NETbilling. Zyrox supports crypto subscriptions and one-time purchases. We confirm the checkout and renewal experience for your setup.
Can I use Stripe or PayPal for explicit adult content?
Stripe prohibits adult content and services, and PayPal prohibits sexually oriented digital goods, including website subscriptions. Choose a provider whose policy accepts your actual content model.
How long do approval and integration take?
Your provider controls merchant approval. Technical setup is estimated after we review your product, gateway and required flows. A new custom gateway requires a separate assessment.
What documents and controls should I prepare?
Ask your provider for its business documentation and website checklist. Plan creator identity and age checks, consent records, agreements, moderation, complaints, removal requests and refund policies to match the rules that apply to your business.
What fees and reserves should I expect?
Rates, reserves and settlement terms are set by your provider for your business. Request a written schedule covering transactions, chargebacks, recurring billing and reserves. Scrile platform and integration fees are separate.
Can I offer crypto alongside card payments?
Yes. Zyrox provides a separate crypto payment option with funds delivered to your wallet. Card acceptance still requires approval from your card payment provider.
